SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAM DAY 4
The fourth day of our School induction programme directed us in to the path of realizations. The day started as same as the previous days. More datas and the phitos are collected in the morning session.
We got an opportunity to observe the class of Aswathy teacher in the 7B class. The 6th period (2.15pm to 2.50 pm) was the time of observation. The teacher greeted all the students and the classes started with asking question from the previous classes. She started the class with the topic structure of lungs. She drawned a picture of lungs and explained the parts. While writing the names of the part there occurs a spelling mistake. One of the student noticed and said to the teacher, but she didn't admitt her mistake and even not corrected the mistake. She continued the class and explained the process of inhaling and exhaling of the lungs through an experiment. She didn't showed the live experiment. Only oral directions are provided. At the end of the class she provided the answers for the doubt asked by the students.
After 2.30 pm the school has organized a parents meeting for the parents of the students of 10th standard. 
It is to encourage the activities and academic performances and skills of the children. At 3.30 pm the classes are over and we are left by 3.40pm from the school. The one think that realized during this day was a teacher should possess the quality for admitting their mistakes, and never hesitate the mistakes.
