NATIONAL MATHEMATICS DAY
In India, since 2012, the National Mathematics Day has been observed on December 22. The celebration of Mathematics Day took place in our college on December 21, 2022. Aswathy served as the host of the programme. A beautiful song for prayer was sung by Sruthy and Mahima. In addition to providing a brief but interesting biography of the Indian mathematician Ramanuja, Keerthana provided background information on National Mathematics Day.The purpose of the holiday is to raise public awareness of the value of mathematics as well as recent breakthroughs and advancements in the subject.

As part of this a unique event was organized by Mathematics association ' Triangle Tribute'. It combine both maths and creativity.
On December 20, the programme began at 3:30 and ended at 4:30. Only first-year B.Ed. students were invited to the event. Groups of ten students made up our class of 55. The five groups each received a white chart, and Roshna's teacher presented the general drawing directions.Only triangles are to be used when drawing pictures.
The goal of the competition was to provide aspiring instructors the ability to increase the students' interest in the subject.Dr. Joly ma'am, Vice Principal, GCTE, handed out the prizes for the Triangle Tributes Competition.
